How Our Bathroom Projects Work
1. Consultation and design
We visit your home, take measurements, and talk through your goals, your style, and your budget. Our in-house designers then build a 3D rendering, so you can see the plan before anything is ordered.
2. Materials and proposal
Our designers stay with your project from start to finish. They also work as personal shoppers: they help you source tile, vanities, countertops, fixtures, and shower glass, and those same materials appear in your 3D rendering and in the finished work. You then receive a written, itemized proposal.
3. Approvals and construction
Our in-house engineers prepare the plans, and we submit them to your city and your HOA and manage the approvals for you. You have one point of contact while our crews handle demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass, and finish work.
4. Final walkthrough
When the work is finished, we walk through it with you and check each detail against the plan. Every project is backed by a warranty of at least one year, and the length depends on the project.
