Laguna Beach Kitchen Remodel Project

This project featured a full front yard remodel along with a complete roof replacement to enhance both curb appeal and durability. The front yard upgrade included floating wood-look tile stairs with integrated lighting, stacked stone siding, second-floor wood siding, a Trex deck, and new landscaping, creating a modern, cohesive exterior design.

Project Overview

The scope of this project centered on a complete exterior upgrade designed to modernize the home while improving functionality and longevity. The roof replacement provided long-term protection, while the front yard remodel focused on creating a visually striking and inviting entrance.

Custom floating stairs finished with wood-look tile serve as a focal point, combining durability with a warm, contemporary aesthetic. Integrated lighting was added throughout the front yard to enhance nighttime visibility and highlight architectural features. Stacked stone siding and second-floor wood siding were installed to add depth, contrast, and a refined exterior finish. A low-maintenance Trex deck expanded the usable outdoor space, and thoughtfully designed landscaping tied all elements together for a cohesive, polished look.

Needs & Design
